Chuck took over my IT services a few years ago.
Chuck and I met when I was having significant problems with my Cone Beam CT. The
scanner had been problematic for over 3 years, and I was tremendously frustrated. I spent
dozens of hours on the phone with technical support. The company had sent out numerous
service and field technicians, not to count all their remote sessions. The machine had
either been glitchy or not operational. After only a few visits, he was able to diagnose the
problem and provided workable solutions. He also supported me with the manufacturer
and was instrumental in arranging for an upgraded unit. He smoothly removed the old unit
and installed the new one.
After that I hired him to take over my IT system.
Since then, he tactfully and politely helped me see the limitations of my previous IT setup.
We discussed options and he helped me choose the best solution for me. We’ve upgraded
the security, installed onsite and off site backup protocols, integrated intraoral scanning,
improved intra oral photography, added computers, changed merchant services, etc.
If I ever have a connectivity problem, he will remote in to solve our last-minute IT problems.
If he cannot solve the problem remotely, he will arrange to come to the office at a
moment's notice.
All in all, I cannot say enough good things about Chuck. If you’re on the fence about using
him, just do it. You won’t regret it.
